Indian Institute Of Management (IIM) project is a winning entry of an international competition held by Indian Institute Of Management Society Thiruchirappalli for their permanent campus. Building clusters are evolved through focusing on serendipity interactions, hence gathering spaces, landscaped courts of varying scales are developed all across the campus. Built forms are oriented north-south and along the predominant wind direction. Building aesthetics is not a static phenomenon, it expresses a sense of dynamism where the space demands grandeur and at places where landscape needs to be expressed built forms becomes the background.
