The spatial design of the workplace reflects this vision, with layered planning to optimize flow and interaction. The concept of "thresholds" was introduced to distinguish between public spaces and the everyday movement of employees. The community threshold encompasses essential facilities, such as locker rooms, staff areas, and informal seating spaces that foster spontaneous conversations. Upon entering the facility through the reception, visitors are immersed in a journey that tells the story of Tata Elxsi. This narrative unfolds along the "Corridor of Stories," which leads to the Experience Centre. At the core of the space lies a central gathering area designed for social interactions, celebrations, and meetings. Surrounding this hub are supporting functions like the cafeteria and training rooms. The 'Wall of Collaboration' houses meeting and conference rooms, offering a dedicated space for team discussions. Throughout the workstation areas, known as neighbourhoods, multiple "Rendezvous Points" or "Chowks" are strategically placed to encourage serendipitous interactions, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration. The primary circulation loop, known as 'The Thread,' connects the entire community, fostering seamless movement and interaction across the workplace.
