Towering amidst the financial district of Hyderabad, Myscape Otomo is designed keeping in mind a particular aesthetic of simple, subtle, and unobtrusive aesthetic. The tower with its large room like balconies with a green edge gives a unique experience to each of the apartments in the project. The tower consists of 46 boutique homes with two 4-BHK apartments on each floor. Privacy is maintained with no two homes facing each other. The front façade is designed with a weave of solids and voids with a warm texture expressing the recessed balconies. Myscape Otomo is a project which is value-focused on quality of life, within the constraints of the local context.
