With the parameters of Vastu compliance and strict Aluminium formwork shuttering, the design revolved around pushing these limitations to a maximum extent, in creating homes that has a feeling of volume and living on ground, with ample light and outdoor spaces. We created this staggering double height Terrace volumes to each of the corner units giving it a very premium outdoor deck feeling, almost mimicking living on a ground. The units in the corners open diagonally to maximize the visual connection to outside. The two tower block configuration was to separate out the premium units and give all of the units a corner aspect.
