About the project:

Wide expansive spaces without tunneled views towards North and South are created complying with Vaastu principles. This maximises light and ventilation in the units. In the larger units, expansive double height balconies - ' Aangan ' is created on both sides with an adjacent study-cum-lounge where the glass partition between the two can dissolve thus enhancing the openness of the central public realm of the home. The Aangan on the northern edge can be further developed into a private lounge deck with provision for a lounge pool. The staggering of the balconies breaks away from the traditional uniformity often seen in apartment towers. By doing so, it introduces a sense of rhythm and variation to the building's facade.
