About the project:

An international convention centre with hotel, that is integrated with the Hitex exhibition complex on a 15-acre parcel. CnT collaborated with the RMJM (conceptual design) and Leo Intenation Design Group (interiors). This centre has a central 60mX108mX16m column free hall. State of the art facilities include moveable sound proof partitions (that can divide hall into several possible subdivisions), simultaneous transition, retractable seating, audio-visual system, multiple utility hookup at several locations in floor and ceiling. In addition, there are supporting facilities such as flex office, business centre, green rooms, pantries, stores etc. The hotel has 286 rooms with banquet and meeting facilities, restaurant, bar, swimming pool deck, health centre and lounge.
