The site for a local commercial centre was to form the first series of projects that heralded the entry of a prominent builder into that neighbourhood. Given this and the context of a triangular site at the junction of major roads, the architectural proposal for a new mixed-use tower consolidates the design program into an iconic configuration. The triangular podium houses retail and restaurant spaces, connected to public plazas along street edge, forming a complete Pedestrian Plaza. The upper office tower is divided into segments that twist as they rise, creating an iconic and dramatic addition to the neighbourhood skyline.
