The brief for the 45 acres site was to have a mix of SEZ and non-SEZ development that would total 5 million sqft of office and commercial space.
The strategy revolved around commercial space at the entrance and linear office blocks that would form along a pedestrian spine and act as a backdrop to a large water body along the eastern side of the site.
The buildings would also open up at various levels into terraced gardens and create a play between solids and voids along the facade.
A transparent datum was introduced to create a sense of flow throughout the program, intertwining with public plazas and the water body.
